Soilutions is hiring full-time compost yard worker to be part of our growing team that processes organic materials into healthy, regenerative compost and soils.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with managers and other employees to participate in compost, soil and mulch production for both bulk and bagged end products. This job requires the operation and maintenance of assorted equipment from small engines to front-end loaders.
Machine operating experience preferred.
This is a full-time position. Our work hours are 8:00-4:30 Monday-Friday.

Ability to frequently lift 50-100 lbs.
